15mKR = ~$1.6m @ 25% EBIT = $400k Agencies in this size typically go for 3x-4x, as this range is only a slight step up from buying a full-time job. (depending on what's factored into the EBIT). Valuation is also dependent on client concentration risk, revenue model (e.g., project-based or retainer-based), and client retention.
