Did you buy a commercial flooring contractor or similar business?

Hi Searchfunder - I've been primarily focusing on manufacturing businesses for the last 9+ months but recently came across an opportunity to acquire a commercial flooring contractor.

I'm not familiar with this industry or what I should be looking for. If you've bought a similar business or even went through DD on one but didn't close the deal, I'd like to hear from you.

My questions are focused on:
- correlation with construction industry
- labor issues (this is a union company I'm looking at)
- financial benchmarks to focus on
