I have an LOI in on plumbing business in upper midwest. The business does commercial and residential plumbing and both new construction/install and repair/replacement. I need to prepare monthly and 5 year projections and am going to work to do by LOB/Categories mentioned. I can create but am trying to do this efficiently with various obligations. Curious if any one had a similar 3 statement model they would be willing to share or reasonable resource to recommend.
