Denture clinics?

Hi all, I know dental clinics have been aggressively targeted for roll-ups but wondering if anyone has any experience with denture clinics? It seems like the challenge is that recurring revenue is lower given that a denture clinic is less focused on regular cleaning/check-ups but still seems like it can be an attractive business. Would love to hear any thoughts or experiences here.
