Hi everyone. I tried to find this answer myself but am having difficulty. Could someone explain the differences between the "Acquire", "Explore", "Inactive", "Raise", and "Search" designations in the Directory under "searchfunds"?
Also, how are these designations determined?

raise - I am raising funds from investors;
search - I am actively searching for a company to buy
Acquire - Yippee, I landed a company.
Inactive - my search fund is not active right now.
The info is self-reported by searchers.
