Hi everyone, I will graduate this December with a degree in Finance, IDS and a minor in Math. I am looking for a FULL-TIME BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/DEAL ORIGINATION POSITION (PAID) in the USA starting from January 1. My deal side experience includes: working at a search fund to develop tools sourcing and structuring small off-market businesses and improving valuation via LMM precedent transactions and comps (scraped using a tool developed by me); at an investment bank preparing CIMs and marketing material for sell-side mandates, which included $60M sale process from outreach to IOIs; summer at a VC firm where I helped in valuation and due diligence of a consumer company. Though I'm not a full-fledged college-grad, I have 3+ years of experience in deal sourcing and financial analysis, as well as tech stack development.
