Debt Partner for International Acquisition

Does anyone have experience with, or a good debt partner for acquiring a firm not domiciled in the US? Looking at a deal where we have good synergy, strong team, and usable asset base, but is EU based.

Hi Vik, I am located in Michigan and I have done several transactions with Canadian based businesses. The main requirement is we need the headquarters to be moved to the US. I understand this is in EU, so that may not be possible.

Depending on the type of business and loan size, it might be worth checking out the revenue-based financing options like Boopos. I know Boopos doesn't have a US requirement and is based in Europe
