Does anyone have an update on financing for small businesses right now? can you obtain a cash flow loan without a PG? what interest rates and other terms?

It really depends on what type of financing you are looking for. In general factoring and some asset based lenders do not require a personal guarantee, but outside of that for most small business loan products, whether conventional or with a private lender, a guaranty is typically required. Unless the Borrower has a really strong balance sheet or the deal is backed by a strong private equity firm that is going to sign a corporate guaranty, the personal guaranty is usually required.
