Hi Thano. Here are some things to consider when acquiring your first debt collection agency. Do not acquire a turnaround for your first acquisition or one that is heavily in one segment in the type of assets they collect on or are in debt. Check the books completely everything.

When I was an equity analyst I followed publicly traded debt buyers/collection companies like Asta Funding, Portfolio Recovery Associates, Asset Acceptance Corp et al Interesting space to say the least
