When you receive a deal(s) that doesn't fit your criteria, what do you do? Do you have others in your network that you forward them to or do you just tell the broker or investment banker that you are not interested?

Depends. If it's a good company that just doesn't suit your own criteria and u know someone who would care, forward it along. Otherwise, just pass. It's a numbers game and everyone in the game understands.
