Can you note if FF&E or inventory is included in the asking price, like you've done with real estate? Could help high light opportunities to negotiate. Would there be an easy way to highlight when retirement is listed as the reason for selling? Thanks for building this tool, Paul, I've enjoyed using.

Great notes, Jesse. This would be reliatively easy to do on the individual listing view, but more complicated in the search/list view. I'll marinate on these. 👍
