Deal to share ($5M EBITDA, Aussie and US based)

I've come across something to share. Have one below that is through a direct relationship (e.g. "proprietary"), it is not in my wheelhouse mainly due to industry and geography, but could be the right fit for one of you / someone in your network.

• Australian and US based business in the outdoor digital advertising space with ~$5M USD EBITDA (estimate ~20% EBITDA margins)
• Well established Australian business and nascent but high potential US business
• Australian management and ownership looking to retire / step back (with transition) and sell ~51-95%
• Are looking for ~5x, likely with the potential for some structure to it
• Seem to have a somewhat differentiated product / approach
• Seem to have the potential to build longer term, sticker relationships than just the upfront sale
