I'm bringing on two or three interns to help me source and evaluate acquisition targets. You'll work directly with me on a live search, mapping industries, building target lists of owner-operated businesses, running personalized owner outreach, and turning seller financials into concise deal briefs. You'll also sit in on real owner conversations and see how deals actually get evaluated and done. It's a strong fit for someone curious, resourceful, and genuinely interested in M&A and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA).
