Apply here: redacted You will support live acquisitions from first contact through closing: building target lists and outreach to owners and intermediaries, screening opportunities against our acquisition criteria, financial analysis and valuation models, due diligence (data rooms, request lists, advisor coordination), investment memos and pipeline updates. This role is execution-focused. You will work directly with the partners on live deals and see how a strategic acquirer sources, evaluates and closes transactions. The role can be in person at our Montreal or Oakville office or remote, with a preference for in-person candidates. Compensation includes a performance-based upside tied to sourced opportunities. We are looking for undergraduate or MBA students in finance, accounting or economics who are proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with financial statements and Excel, and interested in M&A, private equity or entrepreneurship through acquisition.
