Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Deal Sourcing Intern to join our team part-time. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our business development team by identifying and evaluating potential new business opportunities in the facilities management sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in deal sourcing, market research, and strategic analysis within a dynamic and growing company. This is a part-time, remote position requiring approximately###-###-#### hours per week. This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be based in the Maryland area and able to work remotely, but also come into our corporate office from time to time. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the federal and private sectors. Assist in sourcing and evaluating deals that align with our company's strategic goals. Prepare reports on market trends, competition, and potential clients. Support the business development team in lead generation and outreach efforts. Maintain an organized database of prospects and deal flow. Participate in meetings to discuss progress, opportunities, and strategy. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless handoff of sourced deals to the operations team. Qualifications: Strong ability to use AI tools for financial analytics, including analyzing trends, evaluating opportunities, and providing data-driven insights. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Passion for learning about business development and the facilities services industry. Previous experience in deal sourcing, sales, or business development is a plus.
