Deal sourcing intern (UK)

We are looking for a search intern. The role will suit a current student or recent business or finance graduate. If you are interested in Searchfund / ETA / M&A / PE / Investment banking space then you will benefit from this role. Some duties include: - Helping with deeper industry analysis including conversations with industry experts. - assisting with proprietary search (creating business lists, contacting prospective sellers via email / social media) - assisting with intermediary outreach and relationship building - assisting with CDD, FDD, and interfacing with expert DD team. - Assisting with lender queries. - Assisting with investor communication and updates There will be an opportunity to shadow calls with wider support teams, investors and sellers. Although the role is unpaid, we can discuss some compensation on completion. Duration: 8-10 weeks Work hours are flexible however we expect regular interaction with the intern via video call, atleast a couple of times a week.
