Outstand is a holding company that acquires and operates great small businesses. As an Analyst intern, you will support new deal sourcing, analyze companies, and build financial models. You'll learn to evaluate industries, business models, and the acquisition process, while sourcing opportunities through brokers and direct-to-owner outreach. After an acquisition, you'll assist our CEO on operations projects. You will report directly to Outstand’s founder/CEO, and receive mentorship and professional development. This internship is ideal for students interested in entrepreneurship through acquisition. Interns have also leveraged their hands-on experience here to secure roles at firms in private equity, investment banking, investment management, corporate strategy and more.
