Hi all,

My partner and I are actively looking to acquire, while both holding busy W-2 jobs, families, etc. While we've fielded some constructive conversations with brokers, sellers, etc., we aren't getting enough opportunities coming through our pipeline. Because of this, we've entertained soliciting a person or service for active outbound deal sourcing to help engage in more conversations.

Does anyone have a referral or recommendation for a service like this? We're based in the greater Austin, TX area, and would ideally target the central TX region.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Justin,

Our team specializes in tailored outbound deal sourcing. I’ve personally explored some of the larger outbound sourcing options, such as Outflow, but found their results underwhelming, which is what led me to develop a more personalized approach. With a background in business development for marketing tech companies, I have a deep understanding of what makes a cold outreach campaign successful— we can offer the typical email and LinkedIn approach, but we also offer cold calling, which is an option I have yet to find elsewhere. You'll be amazed at how effective it is since anyone can download a list from ZoomInfo and Apollo, but there's a sea of contacts that aren't on those Data Sources and are completely untapped.

Let me know if you're interested!

No recommendations, but one comment - if you don't know already, I'd spend a bit of time understanding how cold outreach works before outsourcing. I made the mistake of handing my cold outreach over to someone without understanding how he was pulling leads and I lost $3k (and probably more importantly) 2 months of my time. A lot of the time they will sell you on "I can get you X # of contacts", but in my experience it's just garbage in, garbage out.

Now that I do things myself and understand the process I've had much better results. You'd be surprised how high of a response rate you can get by targeting a smaller number of high-quality leads vs. a volume-based approach.
