Deal Sourcing Analyst (PAID)

Base + Commission | Full-Time We're looking for Analysts to join our M&A deal sourcing team. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying off-market acquisition targets. The Role Your job is simple: find business owners ready to sell, qualify them, and get them on the phone with our deal team. You'll plug into our proven outreach infrastructure - the scripts, sequences, and systems we've already built. You're not inventing the wheel. You're executing what works and making it better. What You'll Do -Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to business owners -Generate interest and qualify leads before they hit the broader market -Filter inbound responses to identify serious sellers from tire-kickers -Book qualified seller calls with our senior deal team -Follow up relentlessly on warm leads - move fast when owners show interest -Work within our CRM, maintain clean pipeline data, and track all activity -Provide feedback on what's working and what's not Requirements Must-Haves: -Hunger to break into PE/M&A and willingness to go the extra mile -Track record of consistently hitting quota in a metrics-driven environment -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Comfortable making###-###-#### + outreach touches per day -Thick skin - you can handle rejection and keep going -Coachable - you implement feedback quickly without ego Nice-to-Haves: -Previous SDR/BDR/Analyst experience -Experience in M&A, business brokerage, or private equity deal sourcing -Understanding of small business acquisitions -Background in B2B sales to senior decision-makers What We Offer Compensation: Base salary + Aggressive commission structure tied to qualified conversations booked The more you produce, the more you make.
