Deal Sourcing Advice in the UK

Hi All, 

I've been searching "officially" for the past month. I'm trying to refine my deal sourcing activities and get better each week. I'm wondering if anyone can offer me some advice on sourcing deals efficiently. I'm UK based focusing on London and surrounding area. Would greatly appreciate tapping some of the community knowledge.
