Has anybody used the deal sourcing database from Equire Finance? I'm exploring options for deal sourcing during my search, specifically, alternatives to the use of Grata or ZoomInfo for building proprietary lists.

I've seen the Equire platform - it looks like they have some deals that aren't your typical business broker options. I can't speak to some of the other ones that have been mentioned here.

Has anyone here on searchfunder taken up the challenge and redirected their typical search for an existing business to building a deal sourcing business specifically for this community? (Might exist already - just seems like a market opporutnity.)
