Deal seeking capital

Hi there, one of my clients is under LOI for a steel manufacturing company that does ~$20MM in annual revenue is set to close in late August. They are looking for preferred equity partners that receive either a fixed dividend of 8%, plus a proportion of net earnings - or a fixed dividend of 12%. Minimum investment is $100k.
