DEAL: Roofing Company in SLC Utah - Financing Needed

I'm a business broker and have a deal.

The buyer's financing is delayed (unknown timeline) and looking for alternatives. Here's the deal breakdown.
1. Buyer is a three-person group. One will be the operator, another will be the CFO, and the last person is more strategic but won't be in the day the day of the business.

redactedSDE: $1.5M
4. Sales Price: $6.5M for the business
5. Real Estate (optional): $2.75M

The Buyer was backed by a PE firm, but the money is getting delayed and they PE can't seem to figure it out. So wondering if there was anyone interested in Investing. The buyer is now looking at debt, but that will take 2-3 months and both the buyer/seller want to move fast than that. If interested, I would connect you with the buyers and you can negotiate terms. The buyer's big picture plan is to buy more roofing companies (I have more roofing companies for sell) and roll them up to sell in 5-10 years.

Thanks Paul for replying. They have an offer similar to this already, but a 5% equity injection. I'll keep you in mind for other financing options.
