Focus: TPA acquisition → launch RESO Reward Health Plan
Sector: Healthcare services | Insurance | Prevention | Metabolic health
🧩 Overview
I am the founder and President of RESO Corporation, a medical group of licensed dietitians and health coaches focused on chronic disease, metabolic health, and long-term weight regulation.
After more than 14 years of clinical and operational development, I am launching the RESO Reward Health Plan — a prevention-driven insurance model designed to embed obesity and chronic-disease intervention directly into health-plan structures.
Our strategy is deliberately focused:
👉 Acquire a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) as the regulatory and operational foundation of the RESO Reward Health Plan.
This allows us to design and scale a new category of health insurance where prevention and obesity and metabolism correction are core insurance functions, not add-on wellness programs.
🧠 Clinical & Research Foundation
Our work has been grounded in real-world application and research collaboration, including participation in the FSU Food Study###-###-#### led by Professor David Ludwig of Harvard Medical School, a landmark investigation into metabolism, diet composition, and long-term weight regulation.
For years, our approach to nutrition and obesity was considered “outside the box.” With the release of new federal nutrition and health guidelines this January, the direction we have pursued for over a decade is now aligning with the emerging new norm in obesity and metabolic-health strategy.
💡 Why TPA Acquisition
By controlling the health-plan architecture through a TPA, we can:
-Make prevention and metabolic care core insurance deliverables
-Align incentives around measurable long-term health outcomes
-Embed nutrition, weight regulation, and chronic-disease improvement into plan design, administration, and claims logic
-Drive structural healthcare cost reduction by lowering downstream utilization tied to obesity-related conditions
This is not a software platform or a wellness layer — it is a health-insurance operating model.
