Help us source and evaluate small business acquisitions (route-based services like landscaping, janitorial, facility services). You’ll build owner lists, run compliant outreach, book intro calls, and prep light analyses to advance deals from first touch to NDA/IOI. What you’ll do - Research and build target lists that fit our buy box (company, owner, contact info, service lines). - Run multi-touch outreach (mail/email/phone/LinkedIn) using our scripts; schedule owner intro calls. - Keep the CRM spotless (notes, next steps, status, opt-outs). - Prepare one-page briefs after calls (company snapshot, risks, next actions). - Pull basic financials (TTM revenue/SDE/EBITDA) and draft simple IOI summaries from templates.
