Seeking $17.5M Senior Debt for $5M EBITDA deal (under LOI)

A couple partners and I are seeking $17.5 million (3.5x leverage) of Senior Debt for a $5M home appliance distributor we have under LOI. Partners and I have direct experience in the space and will be operating the business full-time post-close.
The Company distributes branded home appliances (mostly kitchen appliances) via their own eCommerce website (i.e. no Amazon). No CAPEX, virtually zero working capital requirements (no AR, no Inventory) thus ~99.9% EBITDA to free cash flow conversion. No customer concentration. AOV: $4,000+. LTV / CAC: 13.0x.
