The Company is located in a highly desirable target community. The store is located on a heavily traveled road and operates out of almost 30,000 square feet. Pet and animal related products are the largest component of the business, typically comprising 70% of the total revenue. It carries all the major brands for pet food/supplies, birds and equine animals. It has a very loyal customer base. Its membership rewards program consists of over 11,000 card holders. Combined this group generates over 80% of the Company’s annual revenue. It has several initiatives underway including the addition of grooming and veterinary services.
