I have come across an East Coast based Manufacturer that makes electrical controls for process industries. A contact of mine owns and turned it around and is looking to get out. Does $2mm in revs and $400-$500K EBITDA. Ask is a little over 3x. The manufacturing is outsourced.

We would be interested in reviewing the deal with a search fund type that wants to SBA the deal and would let us put in some of the equity. Would want someone with some knowledge of the industry or manufacturing.

Deal is in very early stages and no banker is on it.
