Deal financing over $5MM SBA limits for Roofing Business

I have a $10MM roofing business under contract, here in FL, it will complement our current FL based roofing company just 40 minutes away.

Looking for a lender who can do a deal of this size, with or without SBA, on 85% of project costs. The deal structure is 5% buyer injection, 10% seller finance (+ seller is leaving $500k cash at closing  behind for operating capital) and 85% bank financing.

The business has had great growth, $1.5MM in FFE and 8.5MM in goodwill of sorts.

2022 SDE $3.6MM

2021 SDE $2.4MM

2020 SDE $1.3MM

Suggestions of lenders who would have limits of this caliber Pari-Passu with SBA or all in house?
