THE OPPORTUNITY:
Arla Capital is a self-funded investment vehicle currently under LOI to acquire a $3M EBITDA behavioral health platform in the Mid-Atlantic. We are moving immediately into the diligence and execution phase.
This is not a "sourcing" internship where you send cold emails. This is an execution role. You will act as the right hand to the Managing Partner (Ex-Bain Capital, Ex-Steadfast Capital, Ex-CFO AB-InBev B2B) and get a front-row seat to the entire closing process of a self-funded leveraged buyout.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Deal Quarterbacking: Own the Master Diligence Tracker. You will be the central node managing advisors, lenders and lawyers.
Live Deal Exposure: Sit in on negotiations and credit committee calls. You will hear how deals actually get done.
Financial Analysis: Perform ad-hoc modeling, bank statement reconciliations, and "red flag" analysis on billing data.
Credit Memos: Assist in drafting materials for lenders and equity partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Profile: Ideal for a High-Performing Undergraduate Senior (with a signed full-time IB/PE offer) or an MBA student interested in ETA or LMM PE, and seeking live transaction reps.
Experience: Previous internship in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Services (Big 4) is required.
Skills: You must be fluent in Excel (shortcuts over mouse), highly organized, and able to work fast.
