I'm a minority owner in a great, little company in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The owner is looking to exit due to the retirement of the company President. This company is a market-leader in its niche, but it needs a hands-on owner to replace the current President (the current owner is located out-of-province). 

I think this deal is really well-suited for a search fund or self-funded searcher, as the buyer needs to be hands-on, and the valuation expectations are reasonable. 

Revenue = $3.2M
SDE = $433K
EBITDA = $353K
