Passing along a deal for a specialized mobile auto repair service in the NYC area. $5m revenue, $1.8m SDE

Government contracts cover ~20% of revenue and the rest almost entirely paid by auto insurance.

Seller is looking for >$8m but willing to accept at least a $1m seller note.

I've identified investors who are interested and will make connections in exchange for a finders fee.

I have a deal in a different industry, now under LOI, and so can't pursue this.
