Dallas Deal Announcement - In Bloom Flowers

I'm excited to announce that in late December I closed on the acquisition of In Bloom Flowers, Gifts and More (redacted). Founded in 1989, we're a Dallas/Ft. Worth florist offering same day and next day delivery of flowers, plants, and gifts across the DFW metroplex.

The deal was financed using a SBA 7A loan. Our banker, Mike DeVito of 44 Business Capital, was fantastic as was our attorney, Chris Baker (redacted).
