Deal Analysis Review

This may be a stupid question but coming from the operating world (No PE/IB/MBA/etc) I don't have a ton of prior experience analyzing deals. I'm reviewing a lot of them and learning as I go but would find value in watching others, particularly with more experience, break down a CIM.

There's a podcast called Acquisitions Anonymous that's interesting to listen to but I'm looking for more resources like this. Anyone know if that exists?
