Deal activity/valuations in the PERS space?

I'm looking at a deal in the PERS space right now, and am having trouble valuing the business. About $12m top line, ~$7m ARR with the balance coming from equipment sales, ~$2m EBITDA. Customer concentration at 50% revenues (distributor model). Does anyone have any comps they can share?
