DD: Typical contract terms with off-shore vendors for wholesale business

I have recently entered due diligence on a wholesaler of home decor and gift products. These products are designed in the US, made in China & South Asia, and sold in the US. Some of the products are hand made. Small business, $5-10MM in revenue.

I'm awaiting the contracts they have with their suppliers.

In prep for that, what should I reasonably expect the contracts with vendors to include? In particular, how common are exclusivity and confidentiality terms in these contracts?
