Here’s what a day in the life looks like as a 27 year old living in San Diego, building a multi-state commercial cleaning company - filmed through the Meta /Ray-Ban smart glasses:

1. Worked on our M&A CRM
We are focusing on acquiring another commercial cleaning company in 2026, targeting businesses in CO, AZ, UT, or CA doing $2M–$10M annual recurring revenue, ideally with clean books and a management team in place
To make this process more organized,I pulled a list of owners across our target states from Apollo.io
Right now, our data is living in Google Sheets, but the goal is to graduate to HighLevel for our M&A focuses once our pipeline grows. I’ve started reaching out via call and email simply to build relationships. Whether they want to sell or not, there’s never a downside to knowing great operators
(If anyone has advanced strategies for owner outreach in M&A, I’m always open to learning from people with more reps)
2. Reviewed BLCs email outreach system
Big League Clean is using Smartlead for compliant, personalized outreach. The goal is to open the door for honest conversations and provide value to anyone we can. Sometimes we help fix cleaning issues, sometimes we’re simply the backup vendor they keep in their back pocket. No need for pushy sales, just relationship building and creating value for others is our focus
3. Networked and met people
I try to meet 2–3 new people a week who are taking/want to take/have taken the path I am looking to take - investors, business owners, operators. It only takes one person to change everything, and it's incredible to meet people who are on a similar journey. Additionally, I think it's critical to constantly surround yourself with people who are thinking on similar (positive) wavelengths and have a growth mindset
4. Ate a sandwich from Rubicon Deli
$16. Size of a football. High quality. Good customer service. I’m a sucker for businesses doing things right - check them out if you’re in San Diego.
PS - We offer a $15,000 referral fee for introductions to owners interested in selling their commercial cleaning company
