Data Room Recommendations

Any recommendations on best software to create a data room? Compiling information as we scale and need a centralized location.

I've used Dropbox and DocSend and received data rooms from Carta.

As the pitching company - I think deck on docsend is the right way to go for the insights on pages viewed, data via expiring dropbox link.

As the acquiring company I really don't care how they send the data so long as it doesn't have stupid restrictions - I need to download the data files and run analysis.

ShareFile and DocSend are both lightweight, cost-effective data rooms if Google Drive or DropBox isn't good enough. The more expensive ones are typically overkill for small business deals. Those are designed for middle-market deals.
