Seeking: 1) a few final investors interested in Aviation OpCo's and/or Real Estate; and 2) aviation dealflow. Proven durable cashflow strategy in the Opportunity and Value-Add classes.


Actively acquiring Business Aviation / Private Jet operating companies (FBOs, Maintenance [MROs], Charter, and Jet Management) as well as stand alone jet-capable hangars (>10,000 SF) around the country at Tier 1-3 airports. Led by industry veterans / subject matter experts. ~$25MM in current, cashflowing, portfolio nationwide.

For legacy Sellers, our structure allows for equity rollovers to retain a passive coupon in the business, diversified through the portfolio, for long term mail-box income.

Please consider posting each of your deals separately. Deals are easier to find after this post gets buried in a couple of days.
