Dallas Operator Starting Sponsored ETA Search – Open to Local In-Person & National Connections

Hi everyone, I’m a Dallas-based operator and have been a member of Searchfunder for a few years, staying connected and learning more about the community before officially deciding last month to pursue a sponsored ETA path. I have completed my ETA operator profile and acquisition thesis and began reaching out to firms last month. My background is in operations leadership, including PE-backed portfolio roles and founding/scaling my own business. I’m targeting manufacturing, CPG, industrial products, construction supply, or value-added distribution, with a primary focus on the DFW / Sun Belt region. I’d love to connect with other operators who are currently pursuing or recently completed sponsored ETA searches, as well as folks who work at sponsored search fund platforms where it makes sense.
