Hello, everyone!
I'm under LOI on an e-comm retail business.
I'd like help with HR due diligence and, potentially, with post-acquisition HR management.
I've spoken with Oberle, based on their support of the Acquiring Minds podcast.
I'd like to interview another firm or two, preferably in the DFW area.
Can anyone recommend HR firms for small businesses that you've worked with in Dallas?
