Has anyone done much work in this space? I'm looking for motivated sellers in the $1-$5 million range to acquire. I'm preferring specifically in the identity theft area.

I'm finding a ton of start ups with incredibly unrealistic expectations with numbers that don't match up. Considering to cha get industries

I have completed a few cybersecurity services acquisitions and the cybersecurity space is a tough one. The bid-ask spread is often very significant as sellers all have unrealistic expectations. Best of luck and please reach out if you come across any cybersecurity services businesses that won't work for you.
