Custom and repeatable TAM tool?

I've built an effective Clay workflow that generates high quality TAMs for specific types of small businesses (e.g. insurance agencies, plumbers) including emails for both businesses and their executive teams. We've used it in multiple industry segments with nice response rates. I'm curious if folks in this group would be interested in buying it; could do a one-time build or sell the asset with instructions on how to further tailor it.
