My work is primarily international. I am doing a deal in Brazilian market now. It is an attractive market for lots of reasons and unattractive for many others - it always depends;) The searchfunder strategy, as it is done in the US with SBA and or investors, is complicated overseas especially in Brazil. You are unlikely to get a SBA loan for overseas investments and most players in the private space in US have too many opportunities here to take on the BRL risk. It must be strategic for their business or they are already there etc. You may have better luck seeking funds locally and of course self funding. There is a lot of options here.
