Hearing mixed feedback here, have solo search economics moved from 20% to 25%? Also curious what the tranches are. Is it still: 1) 5% on close, 2) 5% vest over 4-5 years and then 3) 10% - 15% based on performance that vest linearly from 20% to 30%/35%? Or are the first two tranches greater than 5% now (i.e. 7.5% or 8%)?
