We have a few different industries we are looking at when it comes to acquisitions. As we compare opportunities, what are good sources to find current multiples within various industries of actual deals getting done?

I've found that the BVR subscription through searchfunder.com is a good place to start. There are some recent transactions on there. I will usually search by NAICS code and analyze in Excel to produce an average multiple. Depending on the industry, there are usually some recent transactions on there.
