I’ve been experimenting with AI coding to automate some processes in manufacturing, and what really surprised me is how easy it has become to use AI to build code for AI itself. It feels like adoption could be a lot quicker now than even a year ago. Curious to hear from the group, how are you starting to use AI in your own operations? What’s been working or not working so far?

I'm implementing AI in SMBs (not specifically restricted to manufacturing) - working with each business differently - there is everything all the way from making prediction/forecasting models for inventory management, to all the way to using models for backoffice automation. We also have ex-palantir people with us who have done this with enterprises. We do this on a commission basis (only pay for actual value). Would love to chat more about your experience - DMing

AI coding or vibe coding to automate a process is the easy part. The hard part is to inject discipline into your back-end model and build deep vertical integration so it is scalable and generates long-term meaningful results. Some of the common manufacturing related use cases that we tackle at SEESIT include: 1. Shopper Agent 2. Scheduler Agent 3. Predictive Agent 4. Inventory Management Agent 5. Lead Times Agent 6. RFQ Response Agent 7. Customer Support Agent
