CTO of Equipment Marketplace in Niche Industry in Ohio

Hi searchers, I am the founder of Soundsupply. We are the largest resellers of used AV production equipment in N. America. We buy used rental inventory in bulk from all the largest production companies and then resell the equipment piece by piece to smaller rental/production companies. Being that we already had a very strong reputation in the industry and a vast network of vendors with used gear to sell, we decided to create a dedicated marketplace for our industry called Gearsupply.com. I am looking to fill a CTO role for my company and am willing to offer a base plus equity. We have a very lucrative niche and there is a lot of growth potential. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Cincinnati.
