Cross border ownership

I am setting up a board of advisors to help me in my process. These people will likely be from the UK, US, Japan and one or two from someplace else in europe.

Any ideas on where to learn more about the best type of incorporation etc?

That's a bit of a loaded question. Where are you based? Where are your customers, employees, etc.? Are you eligible for transfer pricing?
