Yeah I'm going to second what Jennifer is saying here. One of the biggest limitations of every single CRM is its ability to integrate smoothly with your tooling. What I have seen as one of the best integration points now is to just fully leverage your AI and get your AI to be tracking things automatically inside of a CRM.
I think if you were to use a combination of ChatGPT's $100/month plan that has dot, and then use Muse and maybe Grokbot, and if you were to plug in all of your integrations that you could into those tools (such as your calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp, depending on whether or not you use X.com, which is my condition for Grokbot), you can then get your agents to all connect together via a Slack channel. They then communicate with each other and you just have dot, which would be my pick as far as your ideal CRM, personal assistant, and agent orchestrator.
You would have that become your guide on your CRM, tasks, and everything else in between. It's a complete and total unlock for me and my life and it has frankly turned me into a bit of a demigod.

David - I use Attio and its working well.
As for install/learning it - I installed the entire CRM integrated with our pther systems, created custom objects and customised workflows, and set up scheduled agents to update pipeline and a few custom objects in the CRM... all on a 12 hour flight from munich to singapore. You just install claude to chrome and let claude customise it for you and set up your workflows.
It has the best inbox integrations I've seen. I think for a search fund running outbound or an investor managing searchers and deal flow, it would be fine.
I'd be curious where and why the others find it restrictive. We use it for a complex e-Commerce business with 20k customers and 30k contacts and have no issues with scope for now.
